Where digital, automation and AI
actually pay back.

A clear-eyed look at where software, automation and AI move the numbers for your business. Scoped, costed and grant-mapped, with no hype and no vendor agenda.

The problem

Everyone’s selling AI.
Few will say where it won’t pay.

Between the hype and the vendor pitches, it’s hard to know where automation and AI actually move your numbers, and where they’re an expensive distraction. Most advice comes with something to sell, so you’re left guessing what to invest in and what to leave alone.

What we build

Advice you can
actually act on.

What a consult gets you: the honest map of where to invest, and where not to.

Opportunity mapping

Where automation and AI pay back, and where they don’t. You leave knowing what’s worth doing.

Scoped & costed plans

A concrete plan with budgets and sequencing, not a slide deck of buzzwords.

Grant mapping

We map the work to Irish and EU schemes so you claim what you’re entitled to.

AI, honestly assessed

What AI can do for you today, what it can’t yet, and where the risk sits.

Build-vs-buy

Straight advice on what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.

A senior sounding board

Ongoing technical direction from people who have shipped the thing they are advising on.

How we work

Consult. Design. Build.

We are based at The Digital Hub in Dublin 8 and work with companies in Cork, Galway, Limerick and across Ireland. Most projects run remotely, with a handful of sessions in person.

01

Consult

We find where the work pays back: scoped, costed and honest about trade-offs.

02

Design

The system and the experience, around how your business really works. You see it before it’s built.

03

Build

Engineered and shipped by the same senior people. Working software in production, and you own it.

FAQs

Digital and AI consultancy, answered.

What people ask us before a project like this starts.

Is this just a report, or do you build it too?

Both are on the table. The consult stands alone, and the same team can design and build what it recommends.

Do you push a particular technology?

No. We’re tool-agnostic; the plan is built around your business rather than our preferences.

Can a grant cover the work?

Sometimes, in part. The Grow Digital Voucher through your Local Enterprise Office covers off-the-shelf subscriptions, IT configuration and training. Bespoke development falls outside it. The Enterprise Ireland Innovation Voucher is redeemed only with a registered knowledge provider, so it funds a research partner rather than us. We map what is open before we quote.

How long does a consult take?

Usually one to three weeks, depending on scope and access to your team.

Who will we actually work with?

Senior people: the ones who would lead the build. No juniors parked on a long contract.

What do we walk away with?

A scoped, costed, prioritised plan you can act on with us or anyone else.

Funding

Know what a grant
will and will not cover.

The Local Enterprise Office Grow Digital Voucher pays 50% of eligible digital adoption costs, up to €5,000: off-the-shelf software subscriptions, their configuration and training. It does not cover bespoke website development or custom software, and you need a completed Digital for Business project first. We scope which parts of your project qualify before you spend a euro.
