Where digital, automation and AI pay back: scoped, costed and grant-mapped.
One spine, from
strategy to shipped.
We lead with what we do in-house and we’re honest about what we deliver through partners, with one team accountable either way.
How we work
Consult. Design. Build.
Three steps, one team, no handovers. Every engagement is led by a senior team in Dublin. We work with companies in Cork, Galway, Limerick and across Ireland. Most projects run remotely, with a handful of sessions in person.
01
Consult
We find where software, automation or AI will pay back, and where they won’t. You leave with a scoped, costed plan.
02
Design
We design the system and the experience around how your business actually works. You see and use it before it’s engineered.
03
Build
We engineer and ship it. Working software in production, and you own your code and your data.
What we do
The full build,
from one team.
The capabilities below are ours, in-house: strategy, design and engineering from the same senior people, start to shipped. The one exception is flagged in the list, so you always know exactly who’s accountable.

FAQs
Before you brief us.
Scope, budgets, timelines and what happens after launch.
What makes Loco Digital different from other studios?
You work directly with the senior people doing the work. No account-manager relay, no handover to a junior pod. The same team owns the outcome from the first call to launch, and stays with it afterwards.
How fast can we get started?
Usually within a week or two. Every project starts with a short consult that ends in a scoped, costed plan, so you know the price and timeline before anything is built.
What does the process look like?
We consult, design and build. We work out where digital pays back, design the experience around how you really work, then engineer and ship it in working increments.
What do you actually build?
Websites, ecommerce, web and mobile apps, and custom software, plus the AI and automation behind them. If it’s digital, we’ve probably shipped one.
What if we already have a website?
No problem. We regularly take over, rebuild or extend existing sites and systems, and we’ll tell you honestly when starting fresh is the cheaper path.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We host, maintain and improve what we build. Most of our clients have worked with us for years. You own the code and the data throughout.
Can we combine several services in one project?
That is the normal shape of our work. A single project often runs design, build, SEO and a CRM integration together, because splitting them across suppliers is where the seams and the finger-pointing come from.
Do you replace our team or work alongside it?
Either. We can carry a project from first call to launch, or plug into an in-house team and take the parts they have no bandwidth for. We will say up front which of the two your project actually needs.
Can you take over something another studio started?
Often, yes. We do it regularly. We start by reading the code and the design system honestly, then tell you what is worth keeping and what will cost more to inherit than to rebuild.
Do you do design without the build, or build without the design?
Yes to both, though we will flag the risk. Design handed to another team loses detail in translation; building to someone else’s file means we inherit decisions we cannot defend. Neither is a dealbreaker: it just changes the scope.
Where do SEO and content fit in?
Into the structure itself. Page hierarchy, metadata, performance and content shape are set while the pages are being designed. Retrofitting them afterwards is slower and works less well.
Can you connect it to the systems we already run?
Usually. CRMs, payment providers, booking and accounting systems, member portals and internal tools all connect through documented APIs. We check the integration is possible before it is quoted.
What does the monthly retainer include?
Design and development hours each month, priority fixes and support, hosting, monitoring and backups, and a senior contact who already knows your stack. It starts from €2,000/month.
Do we have to take a retainer?
No. A project can end at launch and you keep everything. The retainer exists because most sites and apps keep changing after they go live, and having the people who built it make those changes is faster than briefing someone new.
Who do we talk to when something breaks?
A senior person who knows your build, and the same one each time. Priority fixes are part of the retainer rather than a separate call-out.
Do you host what you build?
We can, and hosting, monitoring and backups are included in the retainer. If you would rather host it yourself or keep an existing provider, that works too. We hand over the setup documented.
Do we own the code and the data?
Yes, throughout. You own what we build for you, and you can take it elsewhere at any point. Nothing is held on a licence that expires when the relationship does.
What happens if we want to move on?
You leave with the code, the data, the accounts and the documentation. We would rather hand over cleanly than keep a client who wants to be somewhere else, and a tidy handover is the best reference we can leave behind.
