Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These terms govern your use of loco.ie. The site is operated by Loco Digital Limited, a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland with company number 692576, registered office The Digital Hub, Thomas Street, Dublin 8, D08 TCV4, VAT number IE3754721AH.
By using the site you accept these terms. They cover using a website rather than buying anything: they do not replace a proposal, engagement letter or contract we agree with a client, and where the two differ, the contract wins.
Using this site
The site and everything on it is here to tell you about our work and our services. You may read it, print it, link to it and quote it fairly with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, scrape it to build a competing service, or use it in a way that misleads other people or damages us.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its server or anyone else’s use of it, and do not use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing, malicious content or anything unlawful.
Our content
The design, text, imagery and code of this site belong to Loco Digital Limited or are used with the permission of the people who own them. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.
Client names, logos and work
Client names, logos and project material appear here in the context of describing work we carried out. Those trade marks stay the property of their owners, and nothing on this site should be read as those owners endorsing anything beyond the work described.
Some work is unnamed. That is because a confidentiality agreement requires it, and it stays that way.
Case studies and figures
Case studies describe projects we worked on and what was reported at the time. They are a record of what happened on a particular project, not a promise that your project will do the same. If you think something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, email hello@loco.ie and we will check it and correct it.
No advice
Nothing on this site is professional advice for your particular situation, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Talk to us: the first conversation is where every real recommendation starts.
Availability
We work to keep the site accurate, secure and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Links to other sites
Where we link to someone else’s site, we do it because it was useful at the time. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from any inability to use it, or from reliance on anything published here.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be set aside by agreement.
Privacy and cookies
How this site handles personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what it stores on your device is listed in the Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law of the country you live in.
