An FMCG trade network founded in 1976. We built ESMA one custom platform: public site, member directory, member dashboard and iOS and Android apps, with one back office behind all of it.

HEADtoHEAD
The ERP HEADtoHEAD event site for Lumenia Consulting, rebuilt with a booking and payments engine on WooCommerce and Stripe set up to bill each event from its own company.
IPAV
A custom Laravel membership platform for the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers: a public member directory, a thirteen-step online application paid by Stripe, member accounts, and the rebuilt ipav.ie website.

What people ask us before a project like this starts.
What does an AI integration project cost?
From €10,000 ex VAT for the build, at a fixed price set in the costed plan once opportunity mapping has ranked what is worth doing. Running costs are quoted separately. Accounting automation and CRM integration each have a page of their own, with what drives the cost.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. Every plan we write names the model provider, where your data is processed and who can see it, and we only specify providers whose terms rule out training on client data. A private AI assistant goes further: it answers from your own documents and respects the permissions already set on them.
How accurate is it?
It is measured before launch. The plan sets a test on your own examples, we report where the system fails, and anything below the agreed threshold goes to a person.
Where do humans stay involved?
Wherever a mistake would be costly. The plan names those decisions and puts a review step in front of each: the system prepares the work, a named person approves it, and the log records both.
Do we need a huge dataset?
Usually not. A first project normally uses automation and existing models instead of training a new one, so it needs a clear process, samples from your own work and an agreed measure of success. Some processes need no AI at all, and business process automation handles them on its own.
Will it lock us into one AI vendor?
No. The model sits behind your own interface, with the prompts, rules, tests and integrations in code you own, so you can switch provider if its terms, price or quality change.
What are the running costs once it is live?
Model usage and hosting, estimated per document or message against your volumes and capped in the system itself.

The Local Enterprise Office Grow Digital Voucher pays 50% of eligible digital adoption costs, up to €5,000: off-the-shelf software subscriptions, their configuration and training. It does not cover bespoke website development or custom software, and you need a completed Digital for Business project first. We scope which parts of your project qualify before you spend a euro.
