A standing start, and no room to look new.

Palmer Shore keeps data-centre construction legally mobilised, commercially structured and on schedule. It is a specialist, high-trust service sold to demanding clients across Europe and the US, and it launched with nothing to point at.

In short

The problem
A new specialist with no track record, needing to read as established from the first visit.
What we built
A launch website: positioning, content, UX and a WordPress build the team can extend themselves.
What changed
Palmer Shore went to market with a site that carries the authority of an established firm rather than a start-up.

The brief

A new firm selling something nobody can see.

Palmer Shore launched into data-centre delivery with no website, no search history and no reputation to trade on, selling a service that cannot be photographed. Not the buildings and not the racks: the workforce governance that decides whether a project can legally mobilise, commercially scale and actually deliver.

That put one job ahead of every other. Make an abstract service concrete enough that a developer or main contractor takes a first meeting. Structure, tone and pacing all followed from it.

Positioning

The hardest part wasn’t the design. It was the sentence.

We wrote a proposition, handed it to a founder who knows the sector far better than we do, and rewrote it from what came back. What survived names the gap before it names the company: everyone sees the physical infrastructure, few see the workforce infrastructure behind it. Once that sentence held, the site had a spine: four services, each a page of its own rather than a bullet on a list.

Some content is blurred to protect client and member data.

The build

Four services, one standard, two continents.

Each service gets a page of its own. Its own entry point, its own language, its own case for being taken seriously. Global Presence answers the question that always comes next: can you actually operate where my project is?

The result

Authority on day one, not year three.

Palmer Shore went live reading like an established specialist rather than a new entrant: one clear proposition, four defined services, visible proof of where it operates, and a content system the team extends themselves. It also went live accessible, with a layer added by Ally and reviewed against online auditing tools: for a firm whose entire product is compliance, that is not a detail anyone should have to ask about.

See it live

Read the sentence for yourself.

The site is live, and the proposition it opens with is the one this whole project turned on.
